Wonderful little Italian restaurant! The patio seating is very relaxing, the meatballs are created to perfection and the sauce is sublime and the bruschetta is wonderful too. The service is excellent, the drinks are delicious, and the live jazz entertainment is excellent. The owner greeted us and thanked us for our patronage. The entire experience was wonderful and I highly recommend this wonderful establishment.
I can’t recommend this place enough! Service was impeccable, food was fantastic, atmosphere was quiet and cozy. There are fresh flowers on each table, the decor was adorable with a painted mural on the far wall, and lots of Tuscan touches throughout. Whats funny is my husband is from Lafayette and has never heard of this place. And had I not looked on Trip Advisor for restaurant recommendations, I never would have found them. It’s located in the back left corner of a business center, so it’s definitely a hidden gem. I can’t wait til my next business trip here!
Our first time here and the staff was more than friendly. We asked to be seated outside and the atmosphere was so nice and peaceful. We ate salad, chicken Parmesiana and Veal Parmesiana. I absolutely recommend the Crepe Myrtle drink- 10/10! Dani was our server and she was very sweet, gave great recommendations and was quick! We will be returning.
I've been through and around Lafayette for all my life and never heard of Antonio's. This place hands down WINS BIG. It is a local place not in the normal populous vicinity of Lafayette that most people go to. From the very start, thinking we were underdressed, we were welcomed in and seated immediately even though we had no reservation. It was a wonderful experience. Our staff waitress Makaia C was polite with great recommendations. We started with a Caprese that was absolutely blissful. The bread basket and butter spread had such great flavor and baked soft. I was torn between the veal scallopene or the roasted quail, Makaia recommended the quail and it was fabulous. The serving size was spot on. My wife was on the fence between eggplant parmesan and shrimp and pesto lasagna, again Makaia for the win. She explained the major differences between the two dishes and my wife decided against the very rich lasagna for the night and was more than impressed with the eggplant. It was not dripping with sauce but crusted perfectly with a wonderful seasoning mix. The attention to our needs was never in question and service was absolutely excellent. The owner stop by to check on us and was a delight to talk to you. If you have never been to this place you must try it. We will be back to try other dishes.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in town for food, service, atmosphere-everything! Yesterday I called in an order for work for about 20 people, and even though they don't open until 11, the manager worked with us and the kitchen and staff had the food ready right at 11, all labeled and nicely packaged. I love this place so much, I even bought a watercolor of the restaurant from the farmer's market. A true gem.
Had dinner tonight with my family. As always this little gem of a restaurant did not disappoint!!! Our server was very knowledgeable and took great care of us. She even came through with our bread request as a substitute for pasta!!! I always order veal at an Italian restaurant. It was tender and perfectly cooked. Kudos for you guys always making it great!!!
This was the best lasagna I have ever eaten. Seriously a wonderful place to eat. If you are in the area you are doing yourself a disservice by not eating here.
I’ve dined at this restaurant two times prior, and the experiences were phenomenal; hence why I chose to come here to celebrate my graduation. I had Ben as my server this evening and his service was extremely pleasant. He made sure that the table was happy and his attitude was positive. I had the bolognese lasagna-I highly recommend-and the drinks from the bar were delicious. I recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants a delicious Italian meal, with a fun atmosphere and great service for anyone who wants to celebrate any type of occasion!
Brought my mom here for a nice lunch and it was one of the most relaxing resturaunts I’ve been to in Lafayette in a long time. The atmosphere was incredible, and we loved the food. The toast with garlic oil was so good! Drink was great too
